Bought some wolf tooth b rad slots and double bottle cage adapters to add to my forks to run a dry bag and bottle cage together (how it should look on third photo) but my fork eyelets are misaligned, do I try and run it on 2 bolts, or will that not be secure enough? Or any tips to DIY it??

Damn, That’s on the fork.
For the gap try to use two washers. For the misalignment, try to widen the the bottom slit on the right side and the middle slit on the left side by filing the inside edges a bit, maybe the top on the right side too.
How old is the bike? Any chance you can file a warranty claim for a new fork cuz that’s absolutely a manufacturing defect.
You definitely want the 3rd boss with how much weight you’re going to be carrying.
Is that a sonder frontier fork?
I just bought one too and on mine the disk brake mount isn’t at the right angle.
Do you have the whole frameset or just the fork?
