Found this Specialized online for 550 Euros. I like that it has clearance for fatter tires if needed.

It looks like it has a few scratches but nothing major. Ideally looking for a first racing bike so nothing too fancy.

This is not a road racing bike. It is a cross country (cx) bike from [2011](https://www.specialized.com/us/en/crux-elite/p/33439?color=35692-33439). The geometry of CX bikes generally have shorter wheelbases and higher bottom brackets which is good for slow tight turns which are common in CX races. The brakes are cantilever which behave a bit differently than caliper brakes. You could road race on the bike but it is not ideal.
The price is a bit expensive I would target 400-450.
