Had this problem with this pedal first time I rode it stood on it while riding on it and put too much weight on it,became loose mid trip when tightened with wrench it would stay on for a bit and eventually wiggle its way off.I don’t have any experience on fixing bikes or what to look for any suggestions would help looking forward to riding this again thank you.

From the photo, it looks like that there’s barely any threads left in the crank. You will need to buy new cranks.
there is no thread in the crank arm anymore, you have to replace the crank arm and in best case the pedal as well
Personally, it looks to me that the threads in your crankarm (the part the pedal attaches to) are fairly well shredded. I would take it to a shop to diagnose and, if necessary, fix it. It
That one f’ed up threading. You’ll need to replace the entire crank(arm)
Some people definitely have trouble turning a wrench.
