Based on the title and the photo I thought that you want to buy under tube bag.
I can be of no use but stoped by to say that paint is a thing of beauty!!
A bag for ants?
A Wolftooth RAD plate may fit there but there looks like only room for a tube or a tool, but not a bag

Get some straps, wrap a ( whatever your tyre size is) tube up with the tools your bike needs, probably a 5mm Allen, couple other bits, spare quick link or whatever.. strap it to that part of your bike and forget about it until you need something…
You might get some mileage out of heading over to r/3Dprinting. Someone might be up for the challenge (or reward!) of designing a little cubby box.
Did you bedazzle your bike?
I wouldn’t install a bag there. It will just gunk up with dirt really quick if it’s this close to the bottom bracket and the chainrings.
