    Check the brand new prices and see if you can talk it down.

    I helped my friend sell his with Magura Mt7 for about 900USD (different locale so don’t do a direct comparison) about 2 years back. For reference he spent about 3k usd though it was the peak of Covid, and this included putting on the fancy brakes.

    He only went to trail twice, typical Covid buyers who gave up quickly enough.

    My opinion is that a lot of riders buy this as their first full sus and tend to run them into the ground/dont take proper care of them. So might be a risk! Not saying that’s always the case, but that’s been a majority of my experience with Polygon’s lower level bikes.

    It looks in pretty solid shape for the most part. Curious what that service they claimed to get included? I feel it likely did not include a suspension rebuild which can be pricey. Still though, that’s half the price of a new one right now. Try and offer $900 and see if it sticks. If not, I think the asking price is reasonable.
