I’m setting up a new set of Jones H Bars and I’d like to find something different from the usual Jones EVA or Kraton grips. I know a lot of people use Ergon grips on their H Bars. I’ve used and loved the Ergon GP-1 BioKork on my previous flat bar mountain bike. I see Ergon has a new grip specifically for back-swept bars like Jones. Curious if anyone has used them with Jones bars. They seem to be much shorter than the typical Jones grips. I’m curious to know what people do with the gap between the inside edge of the shorter grip and the loop, particularly if you push your brake levers all the way up on bar to the loop.
I’m also curious if anyone would recommend other wide, ergonomic grips. I recently saw the Portland Design Works’s Cork Chop Grip, which looks to be a bit narrower, but still quite nice. Recommendations?

I have the ergon grips. I don´t know yet if I prefer them over the kraton ones. As for the gap, I cut the kraton grips so they would cover that gap and mounted the ergon at the end of the bar.
