is this a good bike for $200?

the description only says “Specialized dole Elite bike “ and I had to ask the seller about the frame size and the year (to which they did not respond except adding size 51 to the listing).

I notice the disc brakes and believe from reverse image searching that it’s a 2015 model? thanks in advance!
