Two days ago I received my new Endurace CF 7 (no outlet), and when unpacking it looks like the bike was assembled before. There was a lot of old assembly grease in the seatpost and stem. Also some bolts have clear marks of being used before.
What do you think? Is this bike used before?

Maybe it was the wrong size, assembled, ridden for a few miles, & then previous customer returned it within the window.
For one thing you’re not supposed to have assembly paste between the leaves of the seatpost leaf spring. It’s going to eat into the carbon. This bike has definitely been with another customer.
Look at the cassette to see if it’s really been used.
