I posted this 6 years ago on r/bikeporn, and I feel enough changes have been made to give you all an update. Frame was built by Mike Barry Sr. in 1997. This was one of 3 built for his son, Michael Barry who later went on to race with pro teams including Saturn, USPS, Highroad, and Sky. Michael rode this frame to the U23 Canadian championships in 1997. This was my first road bike and after getting a state championship and a good beating from crashes, I had it resprayed by Mariposa and have been hanging more and more nice jewelry on it with each passing year.
As it sits now it has a Campagnolo (mostly) Chorus 9 speed gruppo, C-Record 5th gen delta brakes, custom stem built by Mariposa, custom bottle cages built by Mariposa, SSM Pirelli saddle recovered by Mick Peel at Busyman, and and many yellow bits as I could fit on it.
