So on my Stevens Stelvio from 2020, i wanted to change to wax on my chain and decided to give it a go, it has a Shimano 105 from 2020 aswell, has been driven only around 1k kilometers.
Dissasembled the chain, had to switch to chainlock instead of a rivet, dissasembled the two pulleys and the cassette. Cleaned everything via an ultrasonic bath and started to assemble again.
Now the whole thing doesnt shift properly anymore. First i thought i need to reset and adjust the chain tension and gave it a complete refit, from the H- and L- srews to the B-srew.
Sadly that doenst help, the chain jumps when shifting up, the chain doenst want to go into a free tooth of the higher gear, the smaller sized gear. Therefore the chain jumps when the wheel has been turned enough, causing a freekick in the pedal. Happens in every gear, its stronger in the higher ones.
Maybe someone has an idea. Sorry for my english and also its my first post, please be gentel.

Your gear indexing is probably wrong. You adjust it by changing the cable length which can solved like described in this video: [https://youtu.be/amn0kEA5EYE?si=-w-OzsfE-J40DOcT&t=266](https://youtu.be/amn0kEA5EYE?si=-w-OzsfE-J40DOcT&t=266)
Glad you posted the accompanying video, else this would be hard to believe: the chain jumps to the next gear from the top chainline first and then wraps into gear towards the derailleur?! Wild.
Upvoted for visibility. No idea.
Your chain is too clean. Throw some sand into the drive train and it will shift perfectly.
Could be a tight link. Look how it moves through the derailleurs jockey wheels. If it jumps that’s your problem. If you installed the chain by pushing out the pin and reinstalling it instead of using a quicklink that’s probably your issue.
Edit: missed the part where you mentioned the quicklink. It still seems like a chain issue. Maybe a twisted link? Also check the hanger. X plane may be fine but Y plane can cause the chain to exit the derailleur at an odd angle and prevent a proper shift even if indexing is dialed.
That looks like its being pulled down from the front…
I would argue you shoud try to reindex or completely readjust the derralleur and maybe check chain tension?
