Worth it? Specialized Tarmac Comp

I'm pretty sure this is more than worth it… but trying to get a value on this old girl. Seller is asking $200.

~2007 (from my research, but not 100% sure) Specialized Tarmac Comp — But pretty sure some parts have been changed (downgraded?), becuase I can't find any Tarmac Comps with these components.
