Black, white or clear/translucent smoke frames. Lense color depends on the usual light conditions. Amber, or brown base colors give better contrast. Dark gray, with or without a blue mirror, give better, more accurate color vision. Clear for rainy days.
A neutral color frame with a set of interchangeable lenses is best if you can only have one set.
