After a year of collecting parts it all finally came together a month or so ago. My first setup of ghetto road tubeless and they are almost as nice as good tubular tires.

I have an old steel bike I’m modernizing, but I’m split between getting 10 speed microshift downtube shifters vs 10 speed brake shifters but losing some vintage vibe. How did you make the choice?

I must be older than time. I consider those rims very modern. And the pedals, derailleur, crank, etc.
I’ll just put on my wool cycling shorts and ride off on my arc en ciels…
