The Iceni Wolf is a multi-surface cycling adventure that routes through East Anglia’s most beautiful countryside. Both Wolfy and I took this on as a mini bikepacking adventure to get 2025 season started.

This route takes on parts of the Peddars and Rebellion Way and is an ideal get away weekend adventure with minimal traffic. It boasts an abundance of country lanes and tracks to enjoy natures best. The route was named after the Iceni, who were a celtric tribe that inhabited East Anglia during the iron age and early roman period. They were known to have worshipped wolves… and because we’re a bit wild the same stuck.

  1. looks like an excellent adventure. sensible daily mileage, beautiful weather and scenery. thanks for sharing the route, added to my 'to do' list. really enjoyable video. greetings from Essex.

  2. I was on that sandy stretch the other day while doing the Rebellion way ,I may as well have stayed here on the isle of Wight on the beach , pointless in my opinion .
