During the elite performance training day, hosted by Lifecykel Labs and Better Breathing Australia, UFC champion Jon Jones gives some fighting tips to the Canterbury Bulldogs team.

Julian Mitchell, CEO of Lifecykel Labs said “We are extremely honoured to work with Jon Jones and learn from his mindset on how he operates as an elite athlete. Hard work and putting in the right fuel, like functional mushrooms, provides a great base to build an elite performance culture that continues to thrive.”

Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Head Coach, Cameron Ciraldo said “Our players can learn a lot from Jon Jones. An undisputed heavyweight champion, he shows up every time and has a never-quit attitude which is needed out on the footy field. His focus, strength and resilience especially under pressure is something we can all look up to and learn from.”

  1. I think he forgot about the eye poke, cuz this combo doesn’t work without eye pokes.
They’ll just swing a left hook and catch you in the back of the head, literally half of his career was based off long guard eye pokes, don’t get me wrong tho jones is great, but I don’t think he would have been nearly as great without eye poke, plus he lost too Reyes, and gustav

  2. It’s so funny to read the fragility comments. Most are hating or looking for or making up any perceived weakness in the Black GOAT.🐐
