I’m not an expert and I’m buying my first road bike, which is used. From the photo, do you think it’s a bike that’s been heavily used or poorly maintained?
meeting the seller tomorrow, what should i look at or ask to check the bike conditions?

Looks like a good bike, i guess you could take it for a ride and see how it rides, shifts and brakes and ask the owner himself if he maintained it or even knew anything about it. And you could take it to your local bike shop and get it checked
