That bike is (I believe) 12 years old. I don’t know what a fair deal would be but $2k seems extremely high for any 13 year old bike with rim brakes, S WORKS with head to toe Dura Ace not withstanding.
Also non drive side photo on a bike they want $2k for is absolutely unforgivable.

“FULL CARBON” in the title always prepares me for an overpriced bike.

While venge is top of the line…. It seems to be what, 2012 or 2013? While 1700 might not be bad price and it looks in excellent condition, I’m not sure if I’d be willing to spend the money for almost 15 yo bike, especially if i would expect to use it for more than a year or two.
For a bit more you can get decent brand new bike or for around the same amount buys you few years older used upper mid range roadie.
Personally I wouldn’t bother

Don’t forget it is probably the most uncomfortable bike ever made. In the time maybe for the professional top sprinters, but most of the other pros rode Tarmacs

This appears to be the same bike…suggested private sale range is around $1650 (maybe slightly more if the bike is in great shape.)
Personally, I wouldn’t drop that much on a bike with 13 year-old technology. The bike industry is struggling…almost everything except top-of-the-line bikes are on sale these days. New technology means disc brakes, wider tires, better carbon layups, etc. It might not say S-Works on the side, but I bet you can find a deal at your local shop, depending on where you live. At least where I’m at, shops are fighting for business and prices have become very competitive.

$1400 is good price
I’d rather have a $1200 bike new tbh
What kind of riding are going to be doing?
