Took a quiet ride through South Birmingham, looping through Stirchley, Kings Heath and Warstock. Stopped by Aldi for groceries and Lidl for some fruit.

Interesting Video some good cycle paths to use and the canal, What type of bike you riding, i do have 1 observation you seem to be pulling hard on both brakes and dont seem to be slowing down as you should, if you need to pull the lever that hard then you should get your brkepads checked and or your cables could have stretched they will need replacing, just looking out for a fellow cyclist.
