The riders must be able to use the whole road. The spectator should not be there. He should be punished.
Idiots should be banned from spectating! 😮

If you look closely at the slow motion, it almost looks like he deliberately slapped the handlebar
At least this guy did not do this on purpose. Some spectator cannot estimate the speed of those cyclist.

I still say that that guy hooked his handlebar his wrist or something with his right hand and that cause some just enough torque at that speed for him to crash. May not have been on purpose but I think it was
