This bike is a homebuilt project based on a 30 year old repainted frame and is not worth the asking price.
I bet it’s painted with spray cans with a weak clearcoat that won’t last. The gearing is wildly high and what are those wheels? Look at the front Schrader valve.
Avoid.
For 500 you can get a good used bike. State Bicycle 4130 All-Road is similar but is actually a real bike. Marin also makes good value bikes.
