I’m impressed, but that looks like a lot of torque on your seat tube.

That’s an accident waiting to happen. At some point probably not today maybe not even for a long time, but at some point you’re gonna hit a pothole or curb or a rock on the road and the repeated stress (fatigue) applied by having that kind of torque on the seat post is going to cause it to fail. And more likely than not something is going to seize the rear wheel and you’re going to have a crash.
Beyond that, at any point the bag setup could flex just a wee bit too much and one of the legs will get caught in the spoke and again cause you to crash.
At a certain point you just have to accept that a pannier rack is the only safe and sensible option for what you’re carrying.
Tl;dr I’d never run this setup as it’s too likely to fail in several different ways.

Wonderfully ridiculous.

So I need to bike along side you to flip the burgers? Sounds like a plan.
