During maintenance, I noticed the line in the frame and sanded it down, it's air proof but I'm not a pro. Does this look like a Crack or is it just patina.
It's a silver finished Aluminum frame.

sure looks like a crack to me.
Perhaps seamed tubing has work-hardened and fatigued, or could be corroded from the inside.
Looks like a crack. Probably started from the weld point and was weakened at that area, helping the crack form.
Is it old and well used aluminum? Aluminum that’s well loved tends to fail catastrophically and suddenly. This crack could be the frames nice way of telling you it’s done before it makes you kiss pavement.
Seam in tubing failed. Try to get it warrantied.
