Just picked this up this morning for $100 for riding the small dirt paths in the park near my house. Took it for a ride this morning and had a blast. Shifter is pretty loose so it takes a bit to get it into some of the outer gears. Can I adjust something to fix that or replace the assembly or something? Either way, super fun times were had this morning so I'm happy

I would just take it in for a regular tune-up, which should fix the gear shifting issue and identify any critical fixes.

That is a sick retro bike. Good find. I would just take it to the shop for tuneup, but park tools has some great videos if you want to do it yourself
