Anyone know what’s going on here? I don’t hear it while I’m riding

Try lightly applying your brake while the wheel spins. Does it change the sound?

Discbreak rub, take out the brakepads, carefully push-in the pistons with a hex key or screwdriver. Remount pads and see if fixed
