I would like to share my baby. It’s a 1970 Bob Jackson International. This was a full restore by me right down to the bare frame and spoke nipples. It is equipped with period correct Campagnolo NR.

That’s what I call vintage! I feel like I know what’s going on! Really gorgeous.

  3. I always move my shift levers up to the top barrel. Much respects for reachers.. id end up on a hood. Thats a BEAUTIFUL hog.

  4. Absolutely gorgeous! It looks brand new! You did an incredible job restoring it. Do you have more pictures? Are those the old sew up tires? I have a 1975 Bob Jackson I used to race. I restored it but did not repaint it (your paint job is amazing with all of h to he details). The reason I ask about the tires is that I upgraded the wheels so I can have regular tube tires because sew up’s are expensive and get too many flats. These are wonderful bikes and incredible to ride. Enjoy it!

I used to work at the shop (Stone’s Cyclery, in Alameda California) that was the original North American importer. I had one of their track frames. Not as nice as this one. Simpler not chromed lugs. Sold it when I stopped racing on the track. Regrets.
