Anyone in UK interested in a titanium T Line / P Line Ultegra/105/DuraAce derailleur hanger? I’m having some made. Details in comment

Bit of a niche one this, but you never know!

I’m currently running Ultegra R8000 RD on my T Line with a prototype hand-cut aluminium direct mount hanger I made. It’s been a fantastic experience with a wide gear range (11-24 on 5 speed confirmed, 11-28 on 6 speed confirmed, 11-32 might be possible on 7 speed) and perfect shifting. Folding is not quite as good as stock without a custom chain catcher (currently designing and printing) but worth the compromise for me. However aluminium is shiny and doesn’t fit with the T Line look so I’m getting one custom CNC’d out of titanium. Adding also shipping it’s quite pricey, but bulk manufacturing brings down the cost a lot to where I think I’d charge around £70 (maybe quite a bit less) including shipping in UK. I’ve no interest in making profit on it.

I’m making this for myself regardless but thought it might be interesting to some fellow T Line modders. Only shipping within UK as it’s inconvenient to deal with US tariffs and shipping to EU. Mostly seeing this as a chance for some others to enjoy this mod.

I plan to pull the trigger on getting them made the week of 21st April.

Alternatively if you want to make your own – or some company wants to start mass producing them – happy to share the CAD files. I don’t have the interest or time to make money from it.
