Follow the instructions and short rides are the best way to break it in. As far as I know, there aren’t any shortcuts if you want the saddle to last.
Also, make sure it’s adjusted right!
I tried to break in my brooks saddle but failed. It was seat unchanged, arse busted. Sold it
