And apparently it’s been sitting in the warehouse for a long time. Does that mean it could possibly be a 2021 model which should cost less? How would I tell? And does it mean the tires and components have been aging just sitting there?
The service manager guy is changing the saddle to the correct one, cleaning up the scuffs if he can, and ordering the specific Verve 3 handlebars so he can put the isozone satellite grips on them. He’s nice and has been reasonable before.
