I don’t think so.
Few days ago I saw another post here with someone’s old Brompton with regular flat BMX pedals. For me it would be uncomfortable to carry folded bike with such pedals but looks like some people okay with that.
There’s no way of doing it easily OP unless you know a guy with a lathe willing to machine you a new axle which will not be cheap.
