Hi guys, I got a Endurace CF7 ASX and today went out for 83km. On the last 10 to 20km I noticed that my rear brake was not braking…
After the ride, when I got home I noticed that the disk has oil, I cleaned the oil, tried to spin the wheel and brake and the braking is minimum. What can this be? Any ideas?
Adding some pics of the oil on the disk.
Thank you all.

Probably need to clean the pads aswell. Clean all of the breaking surface area with 80% alcohol. It should do the job!
If your rotor was literally covered in oil, and your lever feels mushy and/or throw has increased (maybe goes all the way to the bar?), then you have developed a leak at the caliper, first and foremost. In which case, your brake pads may be completely saturated with brake fluid. They are most likely toast.
The bigger issue is, what happened that caused the brake fluid to leak. If you’re uncomfortable assessing the problem, my advice would be to take it to a bike shop.
