Its a chromoly steel frame. It’s a little hard to see but it’s on the specialized decal.
It runs horizontally. Also any chance to fix it myself?

It’s a steel frame and the dent looks pretty insignificant. Ride on!
No problem.
Should be alright, just watch for creases and/or any other buckling elsewhere.
Steel is a very forgiving resilient material, that dent wouldn’t cause me any worries I would just ride it. If the frame was aluminium though it would be scrap.
