  1. Cracking bike, cracking colourway, those Prime wheels are apparently not too bad, but, it’s an Emonda ALR (aluminium) with 105 for $950. Bit ambitious. Ignoring local market variations, I wouldn’t go any higher than $750usd.

This is a good deal if the bike needs nothing; no tuneup, no new parts. Solid budget carbon wheels, I know a guy that owned two pairs, put about 20,000km on each pair. The frame is a very good frame, it’s one of the best alloy road frames you can get, exact same geometry as their carbon emonda SL frames and plenty stiff and light. I road a 2016 ALR5 rim brake for quite some time and I loved it, did a lot of century rides with it. I know some people that even do local crit races on these. This comes with a 2017-2024 Shimano 105 R7000 groupset which is a fantastic groupset. Hydraulic brakes and fully upgraded zipp finishing kit. The zipp bar, stem, seatpost would’ve been over $300. The wheelset was probably like $700 new. It’s got about $1000 of upgrades on it, that should add about $300 to the initial value of the bike. This color is super neat too from Trek. It changes anywhere between purple to blue depending on the lighting.

If the seller needs to get rid of it quick, I’d offer $750 and settle at $850. Regardless, still a good deal though.
