Please note I am a bike noob. Maybe I'm just being silly but can't find answer anywhere.

Went on holiday left bike on windy balcony with rain cover looks like it hit the ground to hard and now the rear derailleur acting up looks like it's bent inwards and when you pedal the cable hits spokes and at bigger gears like in the first photo the jockey wheel hits spokes also.

Tried to move with hands but it's pretty stiff not sure what screws to loosen to adjust.

    Looks like you might need a new derailleur hanger, you can try and bend it back first see if that helps. Derailleur should be fine on a new or straightened hanger.

    Take a photo at the height of the rear axle from directly behind the bike looking forwards, with the chain on one of the larger cogs of the rear cassette so we can see what is bent and what is straight.
