100 Miles with Cwmcarn Paragon | South Wales Reliability Ride
Another big day in the legs! In this video, I join Cwmcarn Paragon for their annual 100-mile reliability ride — a classic route through the beautiful and brutal roads of South Wales, covering Abercynon, Hirwaun, Brecon, Raglan and Newport.
A huge thanks to Club Captain Carpy for organising and leading a top day out, and to all the riders for the teamwork, banter, and shared suffering. These rides are perfect for building base miles, testing the legs, and keeping that camaraderie alive through the winter miles.
