Found this Kona Unit second-hand for €200,-, but it is currently a single speed.
How doable is it to convert is to a 12-speed? I already have a hope fortus wheelset with either a HG or XD freehub, so in essence, I would only need:
– Cassette
– Derailleur hanger (what kind?)
– Derailleur
– Chainring
– Shifter
Am I missing something? Thanks for any insights!

Before thinking about the actual transmission, you absolutely need the bike to have the correct rear dropouts. Afaik the Kona Unit can come with either the deraileur hanger version or the singlespeed version, depending of the model name. Your photo is not taken on the correct side
