All-city Cosmic Stallion ready to go

I bought the frame new, on discount, last fall after seeing a complete bike in a local store and being very impressed. Steel frame and carbon Whiskey fork. I fitted the frame with slightly used Shimano Grx 2×11 and DT Swiss wheels. Yes, stem is uncut and handlebar is high for my 72 year old back and neck. I installed a 40 tooth cassette and the low gear is very similar to my triple touring set up. My local bike shop did the hydraulic brake bleeding because I have not been very successful with my mountain bike brakes. Thanks Bike Works Seattle WA.
