Just installed new chain. Checked length is the same as last. Haven’t touched gears. Have oiled but grinding sound. Any help appreciated!

It sounds like its not routed correctly through your rear derailleur. Classic mistake.
Not sure what you’re referring to but worth checking you’ve got the chain on the right way round, and might be the freehub needs a clean and regrease. Good luck!
Sounds fine
You routed your new chain OVER the little tab on your cage. Not UNDER it, classic mistake

As mentioned the chain is on wrong side of the derailleur in between the two jockey wheels.
You forgot to reinstall your cat-eye reflectors
Wheels are.turning. stop turning wheels.
