What frame for a restomod?

Hi Guys,

I‘m currently very much into building old steel bikes and giving them a new life as city bikes.

But know I found 2 frames of which I want one to be a Sunday cafe racer for myself.

But I can’t decide which frame to pick. I don’t really know what’s the exact model of the De Rosa (but I guess it’s a signatura) – so help is very welcome.

• the merckx is an extra corsa for 230-250€
• the de Rosa is 480€

Both come with a headset installed.

I need help!
