Didn’t set up properly for the line you wanted to take. If you want to go in the middle smooth line you need to come in wider. You set up in the middle and steered sharply to correct back to the line you wanted, which cause you to get a touch out of control which then cascaded into eating shit.

Oversteering is what caused the crash.

As said, you should have followed your line and not tried to correct it with a sharp turn. A bit hard to tell from the video if you tried to avoid an obstacle though.

I’m not and expert but my tip would be “don’t crash”

The times I’ve had crashes like this were times when I wasn’t looking far enough ahead. Not to say you weren’t, but focusing too much on what’s right in front of you makes it a lot easier to get off balance and off line. Pick a line, commit to it, and start looking at the next one.
Also, sometimes we just crash. Glad you weren’t hurt bad.

You over reacted to getting knocked off your line and yanked your front. Little adjustments are your friend and trying to roll in through

More focus on intentional brake points. Less brake dragging.
Was the front brake on slightly in the crash? Or just lost balance?
Don’t turn when the front wheel is bouncing over things. You can steer a little with your hips, but if the front is unsettled and you turn the bars you’ll fold the front under you like this. If you pick a bad line and end up pointed off the trail in a rough section, you need to ride it out even if that means going off the trail or hitting the brakes while the bike is still pointed straight.

From that short clip it looks like you take corners too late. Either get wider on the entries or brake earlier and properly commit to staying inside.

I don’t know if it’s the camera stabilisation, but I move way more around my bike (or rather move my bike around more) than you. There’s no visible pull and pushes at the drops, you don’t go to the sides much at sharp bends, perhaps you’re riding too stiff?
For the crash, sections like this require you to go all in or go otb. Pick a line and bomb it, no brakes, no turns until you’re safe, pick the next line and repeat. Anywhere you wouldn’t stop safely, you shouldn’t turn too sharply as well.

There was a more direct path you could have chosen. It seems like you’re adjusting for corners… keeping your sight further up the trail will help you fide the better line.

Perhaps more weight reward in that section.
