The most important question is does the bike fit you. Are you between 5ft 10 and 6ft 1? It’s a good deal. Check out the brakes to see if they look solid. Ride it bit and make sure it stops well and is controllable. Try running up and down the gears while riding. I can’t tell if its aluminum or carbon. Look for dings and dents if aluminum, or any damage beyond the layer of paint if carbon.
Scott is a great brand. I would jump on this deal if I needed a commuter and it was my size. Please note, this is a proper road bike—you won’t have many rack attachment options
