Last summer I took a tour I had wanted to try for years. I significantly under-planned, but it was the most beautiful adventure I had ever taken! I flew in to Amsterdam, then cycled around/over 1000km to Copenhagen in 10 days. I haven't gone a week without daydreaming about that trip since I returned.
Today I will start from Porto and take the Eurovelo 1 to Lisbon in ~5 days, depending on how much I get distracted by the sights.
