For first gravel bike, previously only had a fly bar and now back into cycling as my kids are scooting around. I’ve narrowed down to these two, both with my size available and both essentially the same price.
Kona:
Argon 18 Grey Matter Apex (can’t find the Rigal model):

Argon has SRAM Apex, a carbon seat post, full hydraulic brakes, and 700s.
The Kona has SRAM Rival, lacks the carbon seat post, comes with 650s, and cable-actuated hydraulics.
Unfamiliar with first hand practical differences if any between Apex/Rival, and assuming fit is not a concern, would it be wiser to prioritize the “better” group set of the Kona or the carbon post and full hydraulic setup of the Grey Matter.
