Hi! I’m actually a professional tailor who is also a cyclist in NYC. Imho any good tailor who has experience with athleisure and sportswear could repair this — the stitch that you see is broken was made with a flatlock machine, which is harder to do alterations with (it’s usually used during manufacturing), but if you’re ok with a tailor using a tight zig-zig stitch they all should have that. It may not be as pretty but it will be perfectly functional and strong. The chamois just needs to be re-appliquéd flat back onto the body fabric — not a hard or especially technical alteration.

Also you could call your local lululemon and ask who they use for their hemming. Each store outsources their complementary hemming to a local alterations provider who has a flat lock machine and good reputation.
