SnollyG on April 12, 2025 12:55 am Loosen the stem bolts. Then tighten the top cap. Don’t overdo it or else you will mess up your headset bearings. (You want the headset to swing freely but without any play.) After that’s done, tighten the stem bolts to lock things in place.
