Hey. How the hell im supposed to get front wheel to the bike? It seems like there is missing parts or pipes are too much apart from each others? Also other nut is too tight. I cant get it of the shaft
You need to unhook the brakes first, I would also recommend taking it to a shop to check if you damaged anything

A set of dropout alignment tools appear to be needed here. And also someone who knows how to use them. Did the box show damage?

These are simple machines using tubes, bolts, nuts and washers. The factory has made assumptions about the customer’s mechanical knowledge and been casual about tolerances, since that led to lower prices. It’s been left to you to deal with. If you feel baffled, you’ll need to find a local bike shop to help.

You need to put the quick release skewer through, and tighten it. Those nuts are for keeping the bearings under load.
The dropouts look a bit crap and misaligned, but least get the skewer in first.

You don’t take those nuts off. There is another nut that goes outside the fork. You can just bend the frame to the wheel, that’s the magic of steel. But it might need a quick release because i don’t think you can get a bolt on that axle in the fork
