This is a difficult one. It’s not a great deal but it’s not a bad deal. If the bike fits you and you take it for a test ride and everything works and it looks like it’s cared for then and that would be an OK price. I think it should go for about $100 less. The wheels are cheap set of alloy wheels, but they are durable. I have an identical set that I use for training. It’s hard to tell much from that photograph as far as what sort of components it has on it.
