After the founder made anti-cyclist statements a while back, Addison Lee made a big thing about training all their drivers in cyclist awareness and safety. Wonder if that still happens?
Much as i despise Addison Lee drivers, in all fairness he had his left indicator on even before you entered the bike lane and was WAY ahead of you.
Seems a bit ambiguous this one. He might’ve thought you were slowing down to let him turn (that is if he checked his mirrors at all).

I don't see the issue. He indicated in plenty of time so you knew his intention and he slowed down, you slowed down, then he took this as a sign to go. If you're slowing for me, that's telling me that you are giving way to me.
Mikey, you're giving mixed signals and then grassing them up for it.
If the driver used the mirrors he or she would have seen you and given way. No one should just rely on indicators.

Another case of Mikey sometimes using the cycle lane, sometimes not. As someone else pointed out, AL indicated before Mikey entered the cycle lane. Yes, I know it’s the law but … that was a Mikey-generated situation. Also, not sure if my ears deceived me but Mikey made some comment after the AL vehicle pulled out without impacting him at all. Me wonders if the choice to use the cycle lane was a bit of entrapment, especially as CM even commented on whether AL would give way or not! Very surprised the Met chose to do anything about it given the circumstances.

Possibly you were in his blind spot. Just hold back and be patient. Safe cycling and keeping calm.
Where I work there are big cycle lanes clearly marked yet I get this sort of this thing ALL of the time!
I know it’s the Highway Code, but this is almost as petty as it gets. I cycle and drive and if a car did this to me when cycling I’d just brush it off most likely. You slowed down a lot so you was in no danger and he may have read it as you being courteous and letting him through. You’re just causing a bigger divide between motorists and cyclists uploading stuff like this.
