That’s it, i wont be doing cush core installs anymore, or I’ll charge a lot. I’ve broken about 30 levers this past trimester because customers really like cush core with dh casing tires or with continental or dry tires. I do installs by the cush core book, i slide the bead inwards but I end up swearing a lot, with numb thumbs and always with a broken lever.
