FYI: You could tattoo your blood type on your forehead and it will be ignored. They will never trust self-declared blood type in a hospital — they will always test and type it before transfusing.

I know you’re getting hate for this but even if it doesn’t end up being helpful in an emergency, I hope a driver reads it at a red light next to you and reflects on why you felt the need to do this.
I highly suggest having a physical card made with all that info, especially the emergency contact since if you’re involved in a wreck, your phone may be broken.
