I have purchased a new fork, And the hole is empty inside, Meanwhilst my old one has a starnut, Also i dont have anything else than the fork, No circular things or any sort of mount etc. What do i need in order to install it? I cant seem to find what all the little bits & pieces are called especially since i lost the original parts from my bike, On the bike side there is just a gearing with the balls exposed

You need a headset race that matches your headset. The race is a ring that goes over the tube and rests on the crown of the fork, the race makes contact with the bearings in the headest. You will want to pull the one off your old fork. Look at youtube to see how to do this.
To install the race on the new fork you want to use a piece of pvc pipe and a rubber mallet.
For the starnut, you want to get a new one. You then need a star nut setter tool to tap it in straight. There are some tricks to do with stacks of washers and a screw and such but star nut tool is cheap or you can just go to a bike shop and ask nicely.
Lastly you want a quality pipe cutter if you need to cut the tube down, don’t use a shitty hacksaw
have you watched this video?

Balls exposed eh? Hmmm. I’m guessing the headset crown race is missing? Maybe the headset bearings are gone? I would go to the manufacturer’s website and see what headset is required.
The fork should come with a star nut or equivalent.
